Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day CRM communications calendar and execution for all Home Appliance categories.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate post-campaign performance and implement insights for future activations.
  • Creative Alignment: Ensure CRM creative aligns with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for consumer-centric messaging that drives traffic and conversions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the corporate marketing team to adhere to governance processes and prioritise Home Appliance campaigns.
  • Execution Management: Utilise JIRA to manage CRM campaign execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery with agency partners.
  • Innovation: Explore and implement new ideas to improve processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Core Competencies and Skills:

  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience in CRM planning and execution.
  • Campaign Analysis: Skilled in analysing and optimising marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Effective in managing day-to-day projects and agency relationships.
  • Strategy and Communication: Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work streams simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM principles, Adobe Campaign Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and audience management systems.
  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and presentation creation (PowerPoint).
