We are seeking a part-time Content Officer to join our Content Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the University’s marketing projects by writing, sourcing, editing, managing, and publishing content across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write, collate, curate, edit, rewrite, proofread, and publish high-quality, engaging content for reading.ac.uk and other digital channels, as well as strategically important printed materials.
- Content Management: Oversee and maintain content across the University’s digital platforms to ensure it is current, relevant, and meets high standards. Your editorial decisions will impact the effectiveness of content for diverse University audiences.
- Content Review: Provide consultancy on digital content created by users outside the Content Team, ensuring adherence to quality and suitability standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize site analytics tools to track web and digital performance, contributing to evaluation reports and ensuring alignment with our broader marketing strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the External Relations directorate and across the University to meet content requirements efficiently and to a high standard.
